Note that: the siRNA Off-target Search (SOS) program allows users to search for potential off-target candidates, given a off-target score threshold. This online version computes the lookup table on the fly. It takes longer time to detect off-target candidates than the standalone SOS program. The H. sapiens in particular takes some time to return results.
