The C. elegans cDNA sequences containing 22168 genes are from release WS110 of the Wormbase at Sanger Institute. The human genes containing 27,852 mRNAs are from the RefSeq database at NCBI. The S. pombe data containing 5401 CDNA genes is also from the Sanger Institute.
